Black Bean Corn Salad

Ingredients
- 16 ounces black beans
- 16 ounces corn
- 1/2 cup red onion
- 2 avocados
- 1/4 cup rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon garlic salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Recipe
- 1 drain and rinse beans, pour into bowl.
- 2 drain corn, mix with beans.
- 3 chop onion and add to beans and corn.
- 4 peel and dice avacodo into small pieces, add to other ingredients.
- 5 pour in vinegar and garlic and pepper.
- 6 gently stir together.
- 7 refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. serve chilled.
