Broccoli Salad

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 2 heads broccoli florets (washed and cut up)
  • 1 finely chopped red onion
  • 1 cup grated low-fat cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup crisp bacon
  • 1/2 cup light mayonnaise
  • 1 dash vinegar

Recipe

  • 1 mix the mayonnaise and vinegar together.
  • 2 add remaining ingredients and mix well.
  • 3 marinate in fridge for at least one hour.
  • 4 serve and enjoy!
