Ingredients

- 2 heads broccoli florets (washed and cut up)
- 1 finely chopped red onion
- 1 cup grated low-fat cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup crisp bacon
- 1/2 cup light mayonnaise
- 1 dash vinegar
Recipe
- 1 mix the mayonnaise and vinegar together.
- 2 add remaining ingredients and mix well.
- 3 marinate in fridge for at least one hour.
- 4 serve and enjoy!
