Asparagus Salad

Ingredients
- 1 lb asparagus spear
- 1 head romaine lettuce
- 1/4 cup pine nuts
- 1/2 cup prosciutto, chopped
Recipe
- 1 break off the woody ends of the asparagus.
- 2 cut asparagus into one inch pieces.
- 3 blanch asparagus pieces in a bot of boiling water for 3 minutes, or until tender-crisp.
- 4 tear romaine lettuce and place into a bowl.
- 5 add remaining ingredients to the lettuce.
- 6 dress with salad dressing of your choice (we usually use ranch or cesear) and enjoy!
