- 1 lb cooked asparagus
- vinegar
- chopped parsley
- sugar
- 2 chopped hardboiled egg
- oil
- salt
- sour cream (option)
Recipe
- 1 cover the asparagus with vinegar, oil, parsley, and a little salt and sugar. top with the eggs. a little sour cream may also be added. serve with cooked ham or plain or pickled tongue.
