Ingredients
- 1 lb ground chicken
- 2 tablespoons caesar salad dressing, and more for drizzling
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
Recipe
- 1 soak skewers for 1 hour.
- 2 mix all ingredients together.
- 3 form into 1 ½” balls.
- 4 skewer and grill.
- 5 serve on romaine leaves and drizzle with more dressing.
